Identify and address production bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, and operational challenges.

Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with production supervisors to ensure consistent execution of daily manufacturing priorities.

Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on leadership and support.

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues and support customer requirements.

Implement process improvements aimed at reducing unnecessary overtime and improving overall manufacturing efficiency.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to balance production floor leadership with administrative and planning responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in wire harness, cable assembly, electrical assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing.

Background in labor-intensive, high-volume, or multi-step assembly operations.

Familiarity with wire cutting, stripping, terminating, welding, and harness assembly processes.

Experience improving on-time delivery performance and reducing overtime.

Demonstrated success developing frontline supervisors and strengthening production team performance.

Work Environment & Schedule

On-site manufacturing leadership position in Elkhart, Indiana.

Production operates on a four-day, 10-hour schedule across multiple shifts.

Schedule flexibility is required to support production demands, shift transitions, and occasional Friday overtime.

This is a hands-on role, with the majority of time spent actively engaged with employees and supervisors on the production floor.

Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Paid time off and company holidays.

Opportunity to lead an established production team and make a meaningful impact on operational performance.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader who understands that successful production management is about more than technical expertise. The right individual will know how to get the best out of people, build trust with employees, hold teams accountable, and consistently deliver results.

If you are a motivated manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the production floor, developing people, and improving operations, we encourage you to apply.
