ACSIS, a subsidiary of Crane NXT, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support key accounting operations, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, revenue documentation, audit support, and transactional accounting processes. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and updating account balances.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card logs, and balance sheet accounts.
Invoicing and Billing: Processing of sales orders, customer invoicing, and supporting revenue documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal cont.
Month-End Close: Assist with closing processes, accruals, and adjustments.
Transactions: Support accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll functions.
Audits and Tax: Prepare supporting documents and schedules for internal and external audits or tax filings.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of general accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP Concur, Oracle NetSuite).
Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of US GAAP or IFRS standards
WHAT WE'RE OFFERING
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000/yr. + annual bonus
