Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will maintain accountability for the profitable operation of the restaurant, provide consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, oversee the maintenance of restaurant quality, provide leadership and development of team members, and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity, and respect. The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. He/she would ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner.

Qualifications:
The Restaurant General Manager must have at least 2 years or more of QSR management experience.
