Position Overview :
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Clinical Research, the Manager Strategic Clinical Research will develop and advance clinical research projects demonstrating the clinical and economic value of the company’s FDA-cleared products, with a focus on our pediatric and neonatal product lines. This role translates research concepts into robust study protocols and actionable plans in collaboration with the wider Clinical Affairs team, Data Science, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This role will engage with external physicians and experts, conduct literature reviews, and drive assigned projects from initial design through data analysis, scientific dissemination, and commercial translation. Translate research concepts and evidence gaps into well-defined research questions, robust protocols, and actionable study plans aligned with the clinical evidence strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including study investigators, to refine research concepts and develop feasible, fit-for-purpose study designs with scientific rigor appropriate to the research question and objectives.
Conduct literature reviews to evaluate the existing evidence base, identify research gaps, and inform study design, endpoints, and methodology.
Manage the planning and development of a portfolio of research projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively escalating risks or decisions requiring leadership input.
Lead or contribute to the analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of study data, in collaboration with research scientists and external statisticians, as appropriate.
Partner with Commercial/Go-To-Market, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scientifically-accurate product messaging and commercial materials.

Strong knowledge of clinical research design, protocol development, and statistical methods sufficient to inform rigorous study design across varied methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, proactively resolve ambiguity, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables forward with limited oversight.
