Employer-Side Litigation Associate (3-5 yrs) – National Law Firm

About the Position:

Our client, an established national law firm, is seeking an employer-side litigation attorney to join its Century City Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm represents employers across industries in wage-and-hour class actions and other workplace disputes, while advising on employment policies, agreements, investigations, training, and strategies to reduce legal risk.

Responsibilities:

· Defend employers in complex employment disputes, including wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and trade secret and unfair trade practice claims

· Prepare summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions in employment litigation matters

· Advise clients on workplace policies, employment agreements, and legal risk, and assist with employee handbooks, training, internal investigations, and crisis management

· Collaborate with attorneys across offices and industries, and contribute to client education through webinars, seminars, newsletters, and commentary on employment law developments

Required Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of employer-side employment litigation experience

· Strong academic and professional credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, analytical, advocacy, and communication skills

Location:

Los Angeles – Century City, LA (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
