Material Planner I

- Production Scheduling: Direct all aspects of production scheduling and workflow optimization for a dedicated manufacturing line to balance capacity and fulfill customer demands. - Capacity & Workflow Optimization: Monitor and continually adjust production schedules to maintain an even workload distribution while proactively identifying opportunities to expedite orders. - Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with order processing personnel and manufacturing leadership to streamline communications, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless, uninterrupted order flow. - Inventory & Material Control: Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components to satisfy customer demand and minimize production downtime. - Lead Time Management: Strategically manage production timelines to optimize lead times, directly supporting sales enablement and order acquisition. - Core Competencies:- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills. - Strong organization and multitasking abilities with a sharp focus on detail and continuous process improvement. - Proven decision-making capabilities using sound judgment and structured problem-solving processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
