Financial Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities
Own key FP&A activities including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and financial submissions
Support accounting operations through general ledger management, accruals, reconciliations, and financial entries
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations, customer accounts, and special projects
Develop and manage annual budgets for SG&A, marketing, and other functional areas
Assist with audits, financial controls, and compliance requirements
Maintain vendor, contract, and policy documentation while supporting financial process improvements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
1-3 years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
