Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure the company maintains a strong capital structure and manages liquidity effectively. Team Leadership : Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet the company’s financial objectives. Stakeholder communication: Present financial information and strategies to stakeholders, including ownership team and cross functional leaders.
