Back To Results VP / Division Leader - Gulf Coast Offshore Divisio VP / Division Leader – Gulf Coast Offshore Division Location Louisiana Overview A well-established industrial contractor is seeking a senior executive to lead and grow a major Gulf Coast offshore division. This role is responsible for overseeing a large, revenue-generating business unit and driving both operational performance and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of division operations, including execution, safety, and performance Oversee financial management, including budgets and full P&L responsibility Develop and maintain key client relationships across the Gulf Coast region Drive business growth, expansion, and operational efficiencies Provide strong leadership to an established team of operational and technical professionals Establish leadership presence and guide the division through a key leadership transition Project Scope Offshore and onshore industrial construction Offshore services and fabrication Oil & gas and Gulf Coast operations Qualifications Senior-level leadership experience in industrial construction, offshore services, oil & gas, or related sectors Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and P&L at a division or business unit level Strong business leadership mindset with the ability to scale and grow a division Offshore or pipeline experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $165,000 – $200,000 Bonus: Paid twice annually Vehicle allowance provided 401(k) with company match up to 6% Medical, dental, and vision coverage Additional Details This is a key leadership role within a major operating division Opportunity to lead one of the organization’s largest revenue-generating business units Established team already in place; focus is on leadership, growth, and operational oversight Preference for candidates with Gulf Coast or regional experience Relocation may be considered for strong candidates Job Type Full-Time Regular Location LA Apply Processing...
