About the job
We are currently hiring a Counsel to provide business-focused legal advice on complex technology financing and commercial transactions for HPE Financial Services. You will draft and negotiate agreements, support transaction structuring, and collaborate with business leaders. Ideal candidates have significant experience in banking and finance law.
