About the job

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Representative for our Fulfillment Recruitment & Development team (FR&D) (Seattle WA / Arlington, VA)

This position is chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of high-value accounts while executing sales and account management strategies to deliver results that will exceed output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management teams of existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Efforts in this space will be dedicated to a high-value product workstream — a strategic initiative focused on driving adoption of Amazon's fulfillment solutions among top-tier sellers — with high visibility and significant impact potential.

Ideal candidates must possess 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required. Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is valuable. Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills, comprehensive experience using AI tools, Excel and MS Office applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and a passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork. A bachelor's degree is required.

Key job responsibilities - Driving outreach efforts across a pipeline of high-ROI opportunity customers. - Capturing the Voice of the Seller (VOS) — gathering firsthand feedback, key learnings, objections, and pain points from sellers — and presenting insights to product stakeholders to improve our product suite. - Regular participation and contributions in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. - Document writing to be reviewed by Director-level leaders.

A day in the life You will join a cross-regional team, with representation in our Seattle and DC offices, that has experienced rapid growth. Each day you will be given the autonomy to manage your pipeline of provided leads and opportunities, consulting top Amazon sellers on new product innovation and pilot experiments within the Amazon Fulfillment Network.

Ultimately, you will work with these sellers to convert more of their on-Amazon and off-Amazon selection to FBA. You'll use your own skillset and those around you to help prioritize initiatives with cross-team stakeholders and leaders to effectively position our team and sellers for success.

About the team Our team takes pride in collaboration, best practice sharing, and support. We enjoy working with one another, constantly interacting — within the office or virtually across the country. We build each other up and lift one another whenever needed. Our success is shared success. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience - 5+ years of inside sales experience - Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
