About the job
Envoy Global is a proven innovator in the global immigration space. Our mission combines our industry-leading tech platform with holistic service to streamline, simplify and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals.
As an Account Executive-Legal Vertical , you will help organizations solve critical workforce challenges by partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Mobility leaders. This is an ideal opportunity for a former attorney who thrives on building trusted relationships, influencing decisions, solving complex problems, and delivering strategic business value.
Why Former Immigration Attorneys Excel in This Role
As an immigration attorney, you've spent your career advising employers on complex workforce challenges, guiding stakeholders through nuanced regulations, managing high-stakes cases, and serving as a trusted advisor. You understand firsthand the business impact of talent immigration and mobility programs, compliance, and employee experience. Envoy Global helps solve these challenges every day through a combination of legal expertise, technology, and world-class service. At Envoy Global, many of the skills that make an exceptional immigration attorney are the same skills that drive success in a consultative Account Executive role.
Your experience has prepared you to:
Build credibility and trust with HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Legal, and executive leaders.
Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations that uncover business objectives, compliance concerns, and workforce challenges.
Translate complex immigration regulations into practical business solutions.
Advise clients on risk management, process improvement, and strategic workforce planning.
Navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and drive consensus.
Present confidently to senior executives and decision-makers.
Negotiate solutions and influence outcomes through strong communication and business acumen.
Develop deep client relationships built on responsiveness, expertise, and trust.
As our Account Manager-Legal Vertical , you'll leverage your immigration knowledge in a broader capacity by helping employers evaluate and improve their immigration programs, streamline workflows, enhance employee experience, and achieve their global talent objectives through Envoy Global's technology-enabled solutions and legal services platform. While prior sales experience is welcome, we recognize that successful immigration attorneys often possess the core competencies required to excel in business development: consultative problem solving, client advocacy, executive communication, relationship management, and a strong drive to achieve results.
What You'll Do:
Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and educating them on Envoy Global's immigration and mobility solutions.
Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executive stakeholders to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and business discussions.
Translate complex immigration-related risks and regulatory considerations into clear business solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Collaborate with our affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
Stay informed on workforce trends, immigration developments, and talent acquisition challenges affecting clients.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of business immigration law experience supporting corporate clients.
Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, global mobility, and compliance matters.
A demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
A desire to apply their immigration expertise in a revenue-generating, growth-oriented environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping organizations solve workforce challenges through innovative solutions.
