Lead continuous‑improvement programs across all engineering domains, identifying and implementing technology inserts that enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.

Develop and execute manufacturing capital plans, ensuring timely acquisition, installation, and qualification of new equipment and tooling.

Partner with plant leadership to align engineering resources with forecasted factory growth, creating development pathways that accelerate team learning and capability expansion.

Own the end‑to‑end delivery of engineering projects, tracking cost, schedule, and quality metrics and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Manage the full talent lifecycle for the engineering groups: recruit, select, onboard, train, assess performance, assign work, set salaries, and administer recognition or disciplinary actions as needed.

Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, production, quality, and supply‑chain functions to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless hand‑offs.

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing engineering environments, preferably within aerospace or defense electronics.

Proven track record of delivering projects on cost, schedule, and quality targets, with measurable continuous‑improvement results.

Strong knowledge of electronic assembly, machining, composite fabrication, and PWB manufacturing processes.

Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high‑performing teams in a fast‑growing facility.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, capital planning, and technology insertion strategies.
