Job Summary

This position is responsible for bringing seniority and experience to the managing of multiple strategic, cross-enterprise end to end implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance. This role serves as the business lead on a given implementation and collaborates with cross functional business and technology partners to take the project from business case analysis through implementation. Projects in this space are complex, fast moving and critical to business strategy.

Required Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience. • 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, managing projects management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare functions • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience • Large scale/complex project work • Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior management), and establishing team environment. • Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment. • Capable of working independently and in group settings with ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities. • PC proficiency to include MS Office products and VISIO. • Organizational skills. • Problem resolution experience and skills. • Identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams • Analytical skills. • Detail oriented.

Preferred Required Job Qualifications • Management consulting experience • Experience supervising project teams/personnel • Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field • Affordable Care Act knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range $102,000.00 - $184,300.00
