FINANCE DIRECTOR

Target Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 base salary + leadership bonus
Key Responsibilities for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:
Lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team while fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
Partner with international leadership on financial reporting, strategic planning, and cross-border financial matters.
Oversee legal finance, tax compliance, banking relationships, tariffs, and risk management initiatives.
Drive ERP optimization and financial process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:
5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
Proven experience managing and developing accounting or finance teams.
Strong SAP experience (or comparable ERP expertise) and advanced financial reporting knowledge.
Experience with international finance, legal finance, tax compliance, and cross-border business operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
