Minimum Qualifications

Experience in DevOps, site reliability, cloud infrastructure, or a related engineering discipline, including hands-on operation of production cloud services

Practical experience with AWS, infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code, and scripting or programming for operational tasks

Working knowledge of software delivery practices, cloud security fundamentals, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed systems.

Ability to take ownership of complex work, make informed technical trade-offs, communicate clearly, and work effectively both independently and with others

Relevant experience may come from different technical stacks and environments; familiarity with every tool or service is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Operating highly available SaaS services or infrastructure deployed across multiple regions

Working with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS services including EC2, ECS, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch

Applying SRE practices, improving cloud efficiency, or using AI-assisted tools and reusable agents/workflows to streamline engineering tasks

Experience working in agile teams

Experience working in globally distributed teams

The Ideal Candidate

You take responsibility for reliable outcomes, communicate risks early, and seek practical solutions that protect customers

You bring curiosity and openness to different perspectives, contribute constructively to decisions, and make space for others to participate
