About the job
Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.
An aerospace prime, a data center builder, and a medical device startup all buy from Xometry, and each needs to hear a different story. Today too much of our marketing reaches every account the same way. Xometry is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product capabilities behind account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted messaging: deciding which accounts we focus on, reaching them across channels, and delivering a message matched to their industry, tier, and buying stage.
Our marketing team decides what the message says. You build the capabilities that put that message in front of the right accounts and the right people, and you work with analytics to prove what moved engagement and pipeline. You will join an existing MarTech product and engineering team, own a defined area of the roadmap, and ship in quarterly increments against clear metrics. Industry knowledge is not required; the marketing team brings the manufacturing story.
How You’ll Contribute:
Own the target account program in product. Build the logic and tooling for tiered target account lists, combining firmographic fit, intent, and engagement signals from our existing account data, so marketing and sales work from the same list.
Reach target accounts across channels. Ship account-based audiences for paid media (LinkedIn, Google, and ABM platforms) and keep them in sync with CRM and marketing automation as accounts move between tiers and stages.
Deliver targeted messages on web and email. Build segment-based dynamic content for key web pages and email programs (by industry, account tier, role, and buying stage) and give marketers self-serve controls to launch and change them without an engineering ticket for each campaign.
Alert sales when target accounts engage. Partner with the Sales Operations PM to route target account engagement into Salesforce and Slack, and track which alerts reps act on.
Measure every program. Define success metrics before launch with analytics, set up holdouts and A/B tests for targeted messages, and report what worked and what did not.
Use AI to move faster. Apply AI to account prioritization and to producing message variants within marketing’s guardrails, and use AI tools daily for discovery, specs, and analysis.
Contribute to tooling decisions. Run hands-on tests of ABM and messaging tools and bring the findings to product and marketing leadership.
What this role does not own
Messaging and creative belong to marketing. The underlying account data model, identity resolution, and enrichment belong to the MarTech platform team; this role consumes them and sends back requirements. Recommendation models and broader personalization strategy sit with product leadership.
Outcomes you will influence
Higher engagement and quote rates from target accounts
More pipeline and revenue from tiered accounts, with better lead quality reaching sales
Lift on targeted web and email experiences against generic versions
Faster launch of ABM campaigns and message tests
What You'll Bring to Xometry:
5+ years of product management experience , with at least two years in ABM, growth, lifecycle, or marketing technology
Shipped an ABM or targeted messaging capability on at least one of web, email, or paid media, with measured results you can quantify
Working knowledge of the ABM and MarTech stack: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, ABM or intent platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar), and ad platform audiences
At least one AI-driven product or feature launch , and daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) in your own work
Comfort with data: you can write basic SQL or work directly in a warehouse such as Snowflake, and you set up tests rather than relying on before-and-after charts
Collaboration across marketing, sales, and engineering , with examples of getting a partner team to adopt something you built
B2B experience is a plus; experience with both self-serve and sales-assisted motions is a bigger plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $115,000-140,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more.
