Senior Financial Analyst

Target Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 Location: Fort Myers, FL

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting. • Partner with department leaders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, providing strategic recommendations. • Support month-end close activities and drive process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required. • 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience. • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization. • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
