Accounting Manager
Compensation : $110,000 – $140,000 base salary
A rare opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join a highly successful, family-owned manufacturing company with more than 125 years of history. With approximately $60 million in annual revenue and two manufacturing facilities, this organization has remained privately owned and has never been sold or acquired.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Maintain compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
Strengthen and maintain internal controls across accounting functions
Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Review and approve accounting and HR-related transactions and documentation
Support budgeting, reporting, and special financial projects
Partner with leadership to improve financial and operational performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
