Calculating and reporting equipment performance metrics, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Operational Availability (Ao)

Tracking Equipment Deficiency Reports (EDRs) through root cause analysis, corrective action, and closure within a closed-loop FRACAS, and translating validated deficiencies into Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

Maintaining the program maintenance database and managing asset tracking, IUID, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability across deployed customer sites

Supporting configuration management, Configuration Control Boards, and Government reviews

Briefing system performance data to key stakeholders and providing technical advice to management on strategic or project issues

Conducting development testing on new and existing Wave Relay® products and completing engineering tasks such as defining requirements, interpreting diagrams and specifications, developing test plans, and writing technical reports

Serving as a technical specialist on the Wave Relay® suite of products, providing direct customer support, training, and integration assistance for external systems, sensors, and components

Traveling to test locations and customer sites to support the testing, evaluation, deployment, and sustainment of the Wave Relay® system
