CACI’s Space Line of Business provides launch support and mission operations, mission management, sensing across the spectrum, sensor data processing, and the development of multi-INT products and effects across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian environments to enhance national security and commercial space missions. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner across both capture and execution, advising program teams and shaping equitable agreements that enable mission success.
Role and Impact: Within CACI, Contract Managers are core strategic partners who strengthen customer trust, safeguard business integrity, and enable high-impact mission delivery. In this role, you will shape and negotiate contractual outcomes across the full acquisition lifecycle - from pre‑award strategy through execution, modifications, and close‑out - ensuring each engagement reflects CACI’s standards for compliance, agility, and mission‑focused value.
You will work closely with program leadership, capture teams, pricing, legal, procurement, and technical stakeholders to identify risks early, craft balanced solutions, and provide clear operational guidance in fast‑paced environments. Your influence extends beyond individual agreements: you will bolster customer confidence, anticipate evolving regulatory and mission needs, and reinforce CACI’s reputation for delivering defensible, innovative business outcomes. Through proactive engagement with U.S. Government and industry partners, you directly support mission success and long‑term program growth.

Responsibilities: • Work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments, including proposals and contract risk reviews • Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies • Proactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks • Support and lead negotiations • Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government laws and regulations • Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices • Demonstrate the ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customers • Coordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentation • Review pricing documentation for compliance with corporate policy and process and provide thoughtful feedback
Qualifications:
