About the Opportunity
Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is expanding its NetSuite consulting network throughout Southern Connecticut, connecting experienced ERP professionals with organizations investing in financial systems modernization, process improvement, and technology transformation.
As organizations continue to evolve their financial operations, experienced NetSuite professionals play a critical role in ensuring successful implementations, improving reporting capabilities, and maximizing the value of enterprise technology investments.
We are seeking consultants who bring hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to work closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop effective system solutions.
Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and financial reporting tools.
Support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and other financial processes within NetSuite.
Assist with data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot system issues, evaluate enhancements, and recommend solutions to improve functionality.
Develop system documentation and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation, administration, consulting, or system optimization.
Experience participating in or leading NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including general ledger, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
Familiarity with data migration, integrations, testing, and system troubleshooting.
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, or SuiteScript is a plus.
NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated consulting pay: $75–$110+ per hour , depending on experience, project scope, and technical expertise.
Assignment duration, work arrangement, and applicable benefits will vary based on the engagement.
