Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + bonus

Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for two business entities
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Analyze monthly P&L statements, investigate variances, and identify financial trends
Support financial reporting and maintain accurate general ledger records
Partner with finance leadership to improve accounting processes, reporting, and overall efficiency
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close processes
Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis
Ability to analyze P&L activity, investigate variances, and communicate financial findings
Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Self-motivated, analytical professional eager to take ownership of accounting responsibilities and grow within the organization
