Staff Accountant
This hands-on Staff Accountant role offers the opportunity to support month-end close activities, maintain accurate financial records, analyze financial data, and partner with leadership to help drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Analyze financial statements and investigate account variances
Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting activities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Support external audits and assist with audit requests and documentation
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
