The Opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on leader to run and grow Rolling Hills Industries, a well-established, employee-owned commercial cleaning company based in Latrobe, PA. For more than 35 years, Rolling Hills has served Western Pennsylvania, cleaning banks and office buildings, warehouses, medical and surgical facilities, and automobile showrooms. It has a loyal customer base, a lean office team, and night crews of roughly 80 people led by experienced crew leads.

The next President will take a business with a strong reputation and build a more repeatable engine for growth. That means owning a trackable, measurable sales process that wins and keeps accounts, while keeping service quality high across every site.

The ideal fit understands what it takes to lead a frontline, hourly workforce in a similar industry. You know how to hire, train, schedule, and retain people, and you build a culture where crew members want to stay. You are comfortable moving between several software systems day to day, and you are just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves when a shift needs coverage.

This is a fully onsite role in Latrobe.

What You Will Do:

Serve as president of Rolling Hills Industries, an employee-owned commercial cleaning company serving Western Pennsylvania. You will own full P&L responsibility, business strategy, and operations, and will report to a Teamshares Industry Lead who supports a portfolio of 20 companies within the sector.
