Specific tasks include: identify representatives from member agencies to engage in the Coalition data program to increase knowledge of available data sources, data tools and uses of data in decision making (not dependent on TDM participation). Conduct data meetings / workshops. Internal Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with Coalition colleagues to identify areas of cooperation and maintain open communication to ensure coordination across and the optimizing of Coalition activities. Advance cross-cutting initiatives by engaging with Coalition colleagues and collectively identifying how to bring in a range of members to expand the benefits of proposed work. Examples include in-cab alerts to truck drivers, bridge strike mitigation efforts, autonomous vehicles, roadway digital infrastructure, traffic signal prioritization, toll violations and license plate fraud. Strategic Focus : Develop, coordinate and direct TSMO work to create a strong linkage to the Coalition’s mission and vision.
