As Manager of Calvin Klein CTB, Men & Women, you are responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that maximize revenue, margin, inventory turnover, and brand integrity across OP channels. You lead cross-functional teams to plan, merchandise, allocate, and monitor performance, ensuring that product flow, localization, markdown strategies, and channel synergies are optimized. You act as the channel owner for CTB across genders and categories for OP, ensuring each channel’s unique needs are met while maintaining cohesion to overall CTB goals.
What You'll Do:
Channel Strategy & Planning
Define long-term and seasonal strategies for OP (core wholesale, direct, partners) channel for men’s & women’s CTB
Align product assortments, pricing, markdown and promotional cadence, and inventory flow to each channel’s economics, consumer behavior, and brand constraints
Architect SKU segmentation, rules for style migration from OP → OUT, and clearance cadence
Ensure that global and regional channel strategies are calibrated to local market conditions, while preserving overall brand consistency
Merchandising, Inventory & Flow
Drive assortment, core replenishment strategy, and inventory flow between OP to maximize sell-through, margin, and minimize overstocks
Lead assortment optimization for the channel (core mix vs seasonal, bestsellers vs fashion) for both men’s & women’s CTB categories
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with global and regional merchandising for product planning, ensuring the OP channel product roadmap feeds downstream OUT plans
Partner with supply chain, operations, and logistics to enable efficient transfers, returns, and reverse flows between channels
Collaborate with OP Outlet, wholesale, partnerships, and retail teams to align channel execution and product 360
Support marketing, visual merchandising, and consumer insights with channel-specific product stories, assortments, and go-to-market plans
Provide product, channel performance, and business insight to senior leadership, present analyses, forecasts, and corrective plans
Performance & Financial Management
Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g. channel revenue, margin, sell-through, inventory turns, markdown rate, age of inventory, style migrations)
Conduct post-season and ongoing performance reviews by channel and product category (men’s / women’s), and drive learnings into future cycles
Model different scenarios for channel mix shifts, segmentation, and test pilots (e.g. “premium outlet” assortments) to drive optimization
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead a cross-funtional team of channel merchants
Define roles, goals, performance metrics, and development paths
Foster a results-oriented, collaborative culture that proactively problem solves channel conflicts or overlap
Ensure rigorous process control, regular reporting, and accountability in execution
Global & Travel
Support global roll-out of channel strategies, adapting to regional requirements (e.g. Asia, EMEA)
Travel domestically and internationally (vendors, regional offices, outlets, partner locations) as needed for alignment, store visits, and performance evaluations
What You'll Bring:
6+ years of merchandising, planning, or channel management experience in apparel, preferably in underwear, intimates, or related apparel essentials
Proven track record managing both core / wholesale and outlet / off-price / clearance channels (or analogous dual channel responsibility)
Strong analytical orientation: financial modeling, inventory flow, margin optimization, markdown planning
Deep understanding of product, assortment, and channel synergies — particularly for men’s and women’s undergarments
Experience leading teams of merchants, planners, allocators, analysts
Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Strong business acumen and decision discipline in balancing short-term vs long-term channel tradeoffs
Travel readiness and global sensibility; ability to operate across time zones, cultures, and regional nuances
Experience working in global brands, with exposure to multiple geographies and scaling channel strategies across regions
Previous experience in CTB / close-to-body / intimate apparel / base layer categories
Comfort with or experience in digital / direct channels as part of the OP mix
MBA / master’s or advanced degree in business, merchandising, or relevant field
Familiarity with global sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain
Experience scaling product across global markets with regional differentiation
Passion for minimalist design and strong sense of brand aesthetic integrity
Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
