What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Director of Operations oversees the Front Desk, AC Lounge, and Residence Inn Breakfast teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. This leader drives service standards, team development, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance while supporting the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Front Desk, AC Lounge, and RI Breakfast departments.

Ensure Marriott brand standards and service expectations are consistently achieved.

Drive guest satisfaction, service recovery, and operational efficiency.

Manage departmental labor, expenses, and revenue performance.

Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors.

Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.

Serve as a key member of the hotel's leadership team and Manager on Duty as needed.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

3+ years of hotel leadership experience managing multiple departments.

Front Office and Food & Beverage management experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Marriott experience preferred.

Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Compensation: $95000 - $100000
