Sr Accountant/Project Manager The Sr Accountant must have a BS or BA in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Federal Financial Accounting and a minimum of two years in management/supervisory experience and shall:

Train as needed contractor staff onsite for any of their internal contract needs and ensure all ATF-related training is met; provide operational coordination for contractor personnel under his/her supervision to support task execution. All direction and final oversight authority remains with the government.

Monitor completion of mandatory ATF training requirements, to include but not limited to JTMS, internal and external financial systems such as CIR, GTAS, CARS, G-invoicing and report status to the ACOR.

Draft and update documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, work instructions, process maps, and other operational controls) for government review and approval.

Provide or assist with training to ATF employees in and outside of FMD.
