BevLine Inside Sales Representative – National Accounts

Position Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from National chain retail partners regarding account inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. Act as a primary contact for RBG, fostering collaboration at both corporate and store levels to drive growth Leverage data and intelligence to influence outlet-level decisions and support brand and category growth Monitor and track daily activities and performance metrics against set objectives Develop and maintain relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and suppliers by understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring high levels of service Utilize EDI systems for efficient and accurate processing of orders, invoices, and payments Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain exceptional service standards Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 2 years of related experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
