Layoffs, week of Apr 28 to May 4, 2025

Employers filed 31 WARN layoff notices dated that week, naming 5,208 workers, across 12 states. The week before had 26, so notices were up 5.

Counted by the date on each filing; a state can publish a notice later, so a week’s count can grow.
