With general direction, this position is responsible for performing contract and/or procurement analysis to ensure compliance to regulations, contractual requirements and Company policy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes data and situations, and develops solutions; influences and guides on actions to be taken. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends and recommend areas for process improvement; develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records. Participates in the development, implementation and audit of policies, procedures and associated documentation; ensures compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations and Company practices. Represent the organization as a prime point of contact with internal and external customers and audit agencies; makes presentations as required. Provides direction, leadership and training to support and less experienced professional and technical staff. Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
