Translate customer operating conditions, rig interfaces, electrical requirements, site constraints, and product limitations into practical deployment and support recommendations.
Provide functional direction to internal and third-party field resources during assigned deployments, troubleshooting activities, commissioning, and operational handoffs without direct supervisory authority.

Lead site assessments, application reviews, configuration verification, installation readiness, energization planning, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
Lead on-site and remote troubleshooting of electrical, controls, communications, integration, and product-application issues; coordinate Engineering escalation and verify sustainable closure.
Develop or review commissioning checklists, test plans, acceptance criteria, field evidence, punch lists, and technical handoff packages.
