Amwins is seeking a Senior Analyst, Change Management who owns decision quality, readiness, refinement rigor, and governance for the change initiatives the team supports across CST. Once a project is surfaced and assigned on the Monday Technology & Efficiency call, the Senior Analyst owns the EPIC from handoff: validating readiness and scope, leading discovery and impact analysis, prioritizing and sequencing work, driving sprint-based execution in Azure DevOps, and governing each change through the Analyze, Improve, and Control phases to adoption and sustainment.
The role partners closely with Change Management Analysts, who owns documentation accuracy, continuity, traceability, and board hygiene and act as a second set of eyes for the Senior Analyst, a fail-safe for project readiness, and with Operations leadership, Core Services, Technology, and service teams.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for protecting project integrity, the Senior Analyst must maintain working knowledge of all projects in their specific Service group, including each change’s upstream and downstream impacts on related projects, processes, and teams.
The team currently works in Azure DevOps (ADO). This role is a hybrid that combines aspects of change management and project management in a single position. As a project manager, the Senior Analyst drives scope, sequencing, risk, and delivery, partnering with the Change Management Analysts on business requirements and with the Business Analyst, who ensures development readiness, to define technical requirements before work is handed to the developers. As a change manager, the Senior Analyst addresses the human side of change while going deep into the day-to-day functionality of service center processes. When a project alters how people work, they think critically through risk impacts and gap analysis of current-state processes, and guide teams and leaders through fear, confusion, or resistance by co-designing the change and its communication approach with the CST Leader, identifying training needs, and driving completion through tracked employee readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Decision quality: sound judgment on scope, readiness, and sequencing; willingness to challenge assumptions.
Facilitation: leads refinement, discovery, UAT stand-up, and stakeholder sessions with clarity and structure.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: structured root cause analysis, gap analysis, and solution validation.
Stakeholder management: builds trust and manages expectations across Operations, Technology, and service teams; influences without authority.
Governance discipline: insists on documented, traceable approvals and same-day system updates.
Change leadership: working knowledge of human-centric frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model; empathy and the ability to guide people through uncertainty and resistance.
Partnership: ability to build champions and work with leadership and vendor partners to identify training needs and follow through on execution.
Communication: clear and concise written, and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Collaboration: partners effectively with Analysts and cross-functional teams to prevent execution gaps.

3+ years of experience working in Agile environments, leading cross functional project teams through sprint-based delivery with backlog refinement and capacity planning.

Experience co-designing change and communication plans with business leaders and identifying training needs.
Experience with structured improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, or similar) preferred.
Insurance or financial services operations experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.

Azure DevOps (EPICs, Features, User Stories, Tasks, iterations, and capacity planning) or similar Agile tools.
