This is an individual contributor role for a disciplined operator who combines strong experiences with measurable growth outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Own the vertical calendar for conferences, trade shows, roadshows, executive experiences, and community moments.
• Prioritize events and experiences based on vertical strategy, audience opportunity, target accounts, pipeline needs, and expected return.
• Use the approved industry narrative and product messaging to shape event themes, sessions, speakers, and attendee experiences.
• Partner with the Industry Strategy Manager to build sector credibility, select relevant relationships, and identify customer or advocate voices.
• Lead planning and execution across budgets, vendors, logistics, creative, registration, speaker readiness, onsite delivery, and issue management.
• Connect each event to Demand Generation, Content, Sales, and Customer teams through shared briefs, target lists, pre-event engagement, and clear follow-up plans.
• Equip Sales with event-specific narratives, discovery guidance, account context, and engagement expectations.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and operating rhythms that improve quality and reduce reinvention.
• Own event performance reporting across target-account engagement, meetings, pipeline creation and progression, bookings influence, and program return.
• Run post-event reviews with Sales and partners, capture learning, and change future investment or execution based on results.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, targeting, attendee experience, follow-up, and reporting.
How Success Will Be Measured
• Pipeline created and progressed through field and event programs.
• Pipeline per program investment and event payback performance.
• Engagement from priority audiences and target accounts.
• Quality of Sales follow-up, attendee experience, and repeatable execution.
What You’ll Bring
• Demonstrated success connecting event investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong project, budget, vendor, stakeholder, and onsite management skills.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Content, and industry experts.
