About the job
Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
What you will do
We are a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Autonomous Solutions NA (part of Volvo Group), created to transform the future of freight through autonomous trucking technology and a new transportation eco-system. Our ecosystem delivers seamless, integrated transport solutions designed to our customers’ needs and enables accelerated adoption of autonomous transportation, including business models such as Transportation-as-a-Service (TaaS). Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships.
You will lead the development, alignment, and execution of our US autonomous partnership strategy, working closely with the Head of Sales to connect business objectives with the needs of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will drive strategic growth initiatives and own the commercial relationship with our autonomous driving partners, from joint customer pursuits to day-to-day commercial execution.
You will support the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, and build direct shipper and customer relationships that strengthen our network and growth objectives. You will represent us in commercial governance forums and key partner discussions, ensuring follow-through on strategic priorities across every stakeholder group. You will also shape strategic recommendations for major commercial initiatives and investments, securing executive alignment along the way, and serve as the primary link between Business Development and Marketing & Communications on customer and partner messaging.
Your future team
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and a cross-functional group of commercial, marketing, and partnership colleagues who share a common goal: scaling autonomous transportation from promising pilots into sustainable commercial operations across the US.
Who are you?
You bring relevant experience selling or supporting sales in the transportation and logistics industry, along with a strong track record in business development, commercialization, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships. You know how to develop and execute commercialization and growth strategies in complex B2B environments, and you're comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging stakeholders at management level.
You hold a degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, strategy, management, transportation, or a related field, and you have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience with autonomous transportation or other emerging transportation technologies is a plus, as is experience scaling a business from pilot or market-entry phases into commercial operations.

• Competitive medical, dental and vision insurance.
• Generous paid time off.
• Competitive matching retirement savings plans.
• Working environment where your safety, health and wellbeing come first.
• Focus on professional and personal development through Volvo Group University.
