Job Summary:

The Revenue Assurance Manager will develop and govern the Revenue Assurance framework across Retail Operations, leading revenue leakage prevention, KPI governance, controls, executive reporting, and cross-functional accountability

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Revenue Assurance framework.

Establish governance standards and accountability models.

Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting.

Lead monthly Revenue Assurance reviews and certifications.

Maintain inventory of controls, process owners and escalation procedures.

Drive root-cause analysis and remediation of leakage events.

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

Facilitate governance forums and executive reporting.

Understand and improve processes for multiple different areas within the retail operations space.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid 2-4 days in office

Minimal travel.

Standard Monday-Friday schedule. Availability outside normal business hours as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years retail energy experience.

5+ years operations, credit, collections, billing, finance, audit, or revenue assurance experience.

3+ years leadership, project, or governance experience.

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of controls and governance.

Ability to influence without authority.

Executive communication and presentation skills.

Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards.

Continuous improvement mindset.
