Contribute to scalable research practices and infrastructure that advance Smartsheet's UX maturity, including sourcing vendors to augment your team.

You Have

7+ years of UX research experience on digital products, with a proven track record of insights that led to measurable product improvements.

Experience managing or mentoring researchers, with a record of growing people and elevating work beyond your own.

Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, paired with the judgment to know when to use which.
