Job Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant environment

Guest-oriented mindset backed by the highest degree of honesty and integrity

Open availability required for the Restaurant General Manager role

Proven ability to drive positive sales and grow guest counts

Genuine passion for developing and mentoring team members

Strong grasp of financial operations, including cash handling, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable

Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant General Manager in Dallas, TX, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, fiscal management, and accounting

Manage building and equipment maintenance to uphold brand standards

Drive revenue performance with a goal of exceeding budgets while protecting cost-effectiveness and profitability
