About the job
Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Senior Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a seasoned marketing professional to support earned media strategy and social purpose initiatives. This position plays an important part in driving campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional partners, and helping ensure programs stay aligned to goals and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of earned media strategy and programming across multi-channel campaigns, brand and product-focused efforts, ongoing media relations, and new store openings.
Support the development and execution of social purpose strategy and initiatives, including events, digital content, accelerator programming, and nonprofit partnerships.
Serve as a client contact for a PR agency and internal partners, leading execution and ensuring adherence to timelines and annual goals.
Oversee point-of-sale fundraising campaigns while working closely with Store Operations and nonprofit partners.
Required:
5-7 years of marketing experience for a communications agency or a B2C business.
Experience in retail or fashion/home fashions is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as social media.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Agile thinker who works well in a fast-paced environment and in ambiguous situations.
