Key Responsibilities for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:

Maintain contractor files, licenses, insurance records, bonds, and compliance documentation.

Review and verify weekly payroll packages, wage statements, payroll registers, and proof of wage payments.

Reconcile labor invoices against approved rates, labor records, payroll support, and authorized adjustments.

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, missing documentation, and invoice variances.

Complete weekly compliance reviews and provide payment clearance documentation to Accounting.

Track contractor compliance requirements, renewals, audits, training records, and payment holds.

Qualifications for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in FLC compliance, payroll auditing, invoice reconciliation, or agricultural administration preferred.

Working knowledge of agricultural labor compliance and contractor documentation requirements.
