CTA is seeking a Specialist, Event Content to join the Conferences team. As the Specialist for Event Content, you will deliver a high-quality experience for the speakers, moderators, partners, and attendees at CES and CTA events. You will serve as the first point of contact for speakers and moderators from invitation through post-event follow-up, answering registration questions, relaying logistics, and keeping communication timely and responsive. Additionally, you will support the CES Call for Speakers process, research companies and trends, and manage content timelines and contractor agreements. Onsite at CES, you will serve as onsite venue manager for the speaker lounge and three conference rooms, and assist with logistics and attendee communication across the CTA event portfolio. The Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Event Content. Qualified candidates offer:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience with events, customer service, or content development Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Excellent customer service skills Meticulous attention to detail
