A Typical Day

Your morning starts by reviewing your pipeline and prioritizing client needs—returning calls, setting expectations, and coordinating next steps. Midday, you’re on-site with a local business to better understand operations and leadership, then back in the office to finalize a clear credit narrative and prepare for an approval discussion. In the afternoon, you connect with internal partners to keep documentation and closing timelines moving, and you check in on existing relationships to ensure agreements stay on track. You’ll often cap the day with a community or civic touchpoint that keeps you visible, informed, and connected to new opportunities in McFarland and the surrounding area.
