Partner with Front Line Care product divisions and Specialty sales through the strategic planning process to align marketing priorities with business growth plans. Recommend where to invest marketing budget across divisions.

Drive senior stakeholder alignment with division and sales leadership on strategy, priorities, investments, and results.

Define the operating model with marketing partners (performance marketing, insights and analytics, brand strategy and creative services, events, sales and marketing training, and corporate communications): product marketing sets strategy and requirements, and partners own execution.

Build product marketing capabilities across the organization by establishing repeatable processes, standards, and best practices.

Insights-Driven Decision Making

Define the key business questions for research and partner with the insights & analytics team, which owns research and analysis expertise, to answer them.

Turn insights into strategic decisions on positioning, portfolio priorities, go-to-market, and investment.

Evaluate performance against commercial outcomes and adjust strategy and investments to maximize return.

Ensure customer, market, and competitive insights consistently inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across divisions.

Talent & Leadership

Lead and structure the product marketing team, aligning talent and resources to strategic priorities.

Develop and coach team members to deliver high-quality work with agility, collaboration, and accountability.

Attract, develop, and retain talent; build succession and career paths that grow team members’ strategic ownership and leadership.
