Overview
About NFI Real Estate
NFI Real Estate is not a traditional real estate company.
As part of NFI Industries, one of North America's leading privately held supply chain and logistics organizations, our real estate team develops, acquires, owns, leases, and manages a national portfolio of approximately 18 million square feet of industrial real estate across the United States. Our assets include distribution centers, transload facilities, industrial outdoor storage sites, maintenance shops, and development projects supporting both third-party customers and NFI operating companies. These investments are a mix of both wholly owned on our balance sheet as well as owned within Joint Ventures with institutional capital partners.
Unlike many real estate organizations, our team operates at the intersection of real estate ownership, development, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. This is an opportunity to directly influence the performance of a nationally recognized industrial real estate platform while maintaining ownership and accountability within your assigned region.
