Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant

Typical Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules

Analyze financial results and investigate variances

Prepare financial reports and management reporting packages

Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes

Assist with process improvements and internal controls

Collaborate with finance and operational teams on special projects

Typical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1+ years of accounting experience for Staff Accountant opportunities

3+ years of accounting experience for Senior Accountant opportunities

Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close

Strong Excel skills

Knowledge of GAAP principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

ERP system experience preferred

Public accounting experience is a plus but not required
