Human Resources Generalist

Clackamas, Oregon | On-site

HR that shows up for people

At Warn, HR is a partner to employees and leaders. We listen, give practical support, and follow through. We work through the hard conversations with respect, help leaders build stronger teams, and make sure people can get answers when they need them.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who wants to do that work across a varied, hands-on role. Based in Clackamas, you’ll support Warn Industries and our sister companies, working with employees and leaders across multiple locations. You’ll join a collaborative HR team with experience across employee relations, HR systems, safety, recruiting, training, and other specialties.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, uses sound judgment, and can balance employee care with the needs of the business. You don’t need to have every answer immediately. You do need to be curious, discreet, willing to ask questions, and committed to seeing things through.

What you’ll do

Be a welcoming, responsive HR resource for employees and leaders.

Support employee relations matters by listening, gathering information, documenting appropriately, and helping move concerns toward fair and timely resolution.

Coach leaders through workplace questions, performance conversations, policy application, and team concerns.

Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave questions, training, employee communications, and other HR programs.

Help ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and with good judgment.

Partner with our Safety team and site leaders to route safety concerns and support timely follow-up.

Keep accurate records, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.

Learn how the business operates and look for practical ways to improve the employee and leader experience.

Work closely with HR teammates and business partners across locations.

What you’ll bring

Two to four years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field.

Experience in several HR areas, such as employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, leave, compensation, or training.

Clear, thoughtful communication and a strong service mindset.

Good judgment, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information.

The ability to listen well, manage competing priorities, and bring work to completion.

Confidence working independently and knowing when to ask for input or escalate a concern.

Comfort using common business software and learning new systems.

A collaborative approach and flexibility as business needs change .
