Staff Accountant Indianapolis, IN Fully in Office
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Potential Year-End Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Process customer and client billing
Complete weekly and monthly check runs
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Assist with month-end accounting activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of AP/AR or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
Accounting degree preferred but not required
Candidates without a degree will be considered if they possess substantial relevant accounting experience
