Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Process weekly accounts payable payments and manage vendor transactions.

Enter and review invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports.

Communicate with vendors and support annual filing requirements.

Assist with account reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and month-end accounting activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

3+ years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable responsibilities.

Experience with account reconciliations.

Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF functions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
