Key Responsibilities

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions

Support close processes and ensure financial accuracy

Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

2+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations

Experience supporting leadership teams in a complex organization preferred
